Founder and President
Anthony Papantonis, has over 25 years of building construction management experience in a variety of market sectors. His depth of experience managing building projects with values up to $100,000,000 is reflected in his vast project portfolio that includes prestigious national clients.
With over 15 years of experience in the real estate and commercial construction industry, Benjamin Goldfarb develops critical relationships that enable Nauset Construction to maintain its competitive advantage over other area construction firms. Ben is focused on the strategic development of the company, positioning it for long term viability through the utilization of media, technology and strategic industry relationships. He is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring that Nauset’s reputation is well respected in the industry. He also directs many of the operational and managerial aspects of the business.
The role of the Chief Estimator is a critical one. Aran is a highly regarded member of the Nauset team. His ability to quickly learn and identify the “nuts and bolts” of a project and predict the direct and indirect cost of labor and materials is paramount to a project’s success and a client’s satisfaction.
Director of Safety
As Director of Safety, Mr. Randall is responsible for establishing and continuously refining Nauset’s standards of procedure for all safety initiatives and on-site project safety activities. He also oversees and directs Nauset's close partnership with an independent construction safety firm.
Rob has years of experience managing large and complex construction projects in various market sectors. He brings expertise, leadership and excellent management skills to every facet of the construction process.
Bob is a seasoned construction veteran who provides invaluable expertise, support and knowledge to his Nauset colleagues, our clients and industry partners. His extensive experience enables him to proactively identify potential issues before they become real problems, offering creative and practical solutions that empower the entire team to delivery a successful project.
