Kevin Randall

As Director of Safety, Mr. Randall is responsible for establishing and continuously refining Nauset’s standards of procedure for all safety initiatives and on-site project safety activities. He also oversees and directs Nauset's close partnership with an independent construction safety firm.

Mr. Randall has over 20 years experience in building construction management and real estate development. He has developed strong relationships with the subcontractor and supplier community implementing proven methods for successfully managing and coordinating building trades while ensuring a safe and efficient work flow throughout the critical path of a project.

He has extensive operations and construction management experience in various market sectors including multi-unit residential, sports and recreation, commercial, retail and healthcare.
