FEATURED PROJECT

EPOCH Senior Living selected Nauset Construction for the extensive renovation, upgrade and addition to its Weston healthcare community. This facility will remain in operation during construction while providing long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, IV therapy, wound care, respite and hospice care. Once completed, this revitalized EPOCH community will house a total of 130-beds with an additional 21-beds of assisted living.

Construction includes selective demolition, reconfiguration and the renovation of over 68,000 sf of space including lobby/reception, common areas, living room, day rooms, therapy, library, nurse stations, hallways, patient rooms, bathrooms, nourishment stations, dining areas, and a food service kitchen. Lighting, life safety, utility and MEP system upgrades will also be included as part of the project scope.

New construction includes over a 10,250 sf addition as well as extensive site improvements including a surface parking lot expansion and landscaping upgrades.
