Nauset employs highly experienced project superintendents that are dedicated to communicating with clients throughout each phase of the construction process. The Project Superintendents effectively direct and coordinate the on site activity of the various subcontractors and suppliers. They take their responsibility seriously to ensure that the work progresses according to schedule, meets the highest quality standards, that material and equipment are delivered to the site on time, and that the activities of the various trades are properly coordinated. Our Project Superintendents have managed projects in all commercial construction market sectors and have extensive experience supervising projects of various scope from tenant fit-outs to new urban ground-up construction.
